Cancellation and Refund Policy :

1) Thank you for choosing Akiz India for your recruitment and visa documentation needs . This policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair process for our clients
2) Eligibility :
A Refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
i) In the event of our set of visa documents being denied by any relevant parties (such as the embassy, consulate or Visa Submission Centres)
ii) Cancellation of our services before document sets are completed or services have been availed : If you decide to cancel any of our services within 24 hours from the date of engagement, a full refund of our service fees will be provided
3) Requesting a Refund :
In order to request for a refund , Any eligible individual must provide the following contact information :
· Full Name
· Contact Information
· Date of Services being availed
· Reason for Refund Request
· Supporting Documentation (Proof of denial of documentation set)
Send your refund request to payments@akizindia.com , Refund request will be refunded within 5 business days.
4) Refund Process :
If your Refund Process has been approved from our payments team, We will process the refund within 7 business days . The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the intial mode of payment , unless otherwise agreed upon (through email)
5) Non-Refundable items/Services :
It should be brought to the attention that the following items and expenses are non-refundable:
· Third-party expenses related to Visa Documenation
· Any Services rendered or expenses incurred on your behalf before cancellation or denial of our document set
6) Cancellation Of Services :
In the situation that you wish to cancel our services, Please notify us in writing to cancellation@akizindia.com. Depending on the Stage of your case, Cancellation fees may apply . Under such cases, The details of any applicable fees will be provided upon receiving your cancellation request.
7) Changes to Policy :
Changes to the Payment Policy may be updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of our regular clients via email or through viewing this page on a periodic basis .
