1)    Scope of services :

1.1 Recruitment Services:

We offer recruitment services to help find employment oppurtunities abroad. Our services may include job matching, application support, interview preparation and visa assistance

1.2 Visa Documentation Services :

We provide visa documentation assistance to candidates seeking to obhtain the necessary visas / permits required for overseas employment

2)    Candidate Services :

2.1 Eligibility :

Candidate using our services must meet the eligibility criteria specified  for each job opportunity, including any visa requirements .

2.2 Information Accuracy :

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information on their resumes and profiles . Misrepresentation of information may result in disqualification

2.3 Visa Assistance :

While we may offer visa documentation assistance services, Obtaining a Visa is ultimately the responsibility of the candidate. We do not guarantee Visa Approval/Success

3)    Visa Documentation Services :

3.1 Eligibility Assesment:

Our Visa documentation services include assessing candidate eligibility for overseas employment and guiding them through the documentation process

3.2 Document Collection:

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation require for the processing of their respective visas . We will provide guidance on the necessary documents.

3.3 Visa Processing Time

While we will make the best efforts to expedite the visa documentation process, we do not guarantee specific processing times or visa approval.

4)    Intellectual Property :

All content and materials provided by us are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws . You may not use our content without our express consent.  

5)    Privacy and Data Security :

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our privacy policy
